Temporary Insurance for a damaged property

Hi guys,

We are in the process of settling on an investment property. I have backed myself into a bit of a corner in regards to insuring the property (which should have been done a week ago as it is!).

I am having trouble securing insurance as the property has a lot of cosmetic damage (kicked in walls etc), and 1 smashed window. The house is fully boarded up at the moment thus access from unwanted persons is unlikely however the house is in a very low socio economic suburb.

Can anyone recommend an insurance company who may be able to provide temporary insurance for 3-5 weeks until the renovations are done?
