What is the right size of management rights to buy

Hi There, This is my first post and I hope that the topic will not just useful for me, but other readers as well.

IN 2015 I will be actively looking to purchase management rights of an apartment block. This will be my first direct experience in running an apartment complex, but I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry as well as renting serviced office space on a reasonably large scale. Assuming that I have sufficient funds what would be the maximum size property that you would recommend for someone new to the industry, but with considerable relevant experience?
