    Hi all,

    I am currently looking to purchase an IP in the Logan Shire area. Can anybody recommend a good property manager that operates in this area?

    I personally went up to Brisbane and "interviewed" six different agencies for my SE Qld properties and for my Logan property I decided on Pure Rentals. They charge a very competitive flat management rate are friendly, on the ball and knowledgeable. Katie manages my property and she is fantastic.

    Our two Logan rentals are managed by David King Real Estate at Waterford West. Their rates are pretty good. Speak to Gina or Courtney.

    Thanks Drugun,

    I was looking at there product recently and liked the idea of the flat rate. I will look into them further. Is there anything else you could suggest or advise me on in this property market? I am an interstate buyer and it is unlikely that I will be visiting the area prior to a purchase so anything that you can offer would be appreciated

    Thanks for the advice, i will also look into David King. Are your properties in Logan itself or the surrounding areas? What are you thoughts on Kingston?
