Hi all ! My name is Geoff.  I'm 30 years old from Caulfield Melbourne.

I'm looking for people to meet for 1-2 hours once a week to compare feasibility studies.

The purpose is to share ideas and possible joint venture projects if something concrete eventuates.

Examples of deals that we can compare are:

1)Buy some land and build shops.

2)Commercial/ Residential for cashflow positive.

3) Flips

    OR

4) Anything else that seems profitable.

The only thing I do ask is that only people who are willing to put in some

hours, passion and some skills to contribute, express their interest. I have spent years reading property investment books, magazines and forums.

I ask that only like minded people apply as Id like something to come of it, rather than just a coffee club. Of course if long term friendships develop from it, it's a bonus.
