Just wondering if anyone has done the MAP sessions with Nathan Birch's firm and if so did you find it worthwhile and value for money?

    Thanks in advance

The charge is $299 for the 1 hour session – I have not done this session but Nathan Birch has some great achievements under his belt.

Would be great to hear from someone who has done the MAP Session to discern what Nathan Birch is like as a 'mentor/trainer'.

Sounds like a reasonable fee. Nathan is very sought after these days.

I have a fellow property investor friend who is actively participating on the forums who found it to be an excellent experience.

Nathan certainly has a lot of credibility and has achieved a great deal for someone so young. What I like about Nathan is that he always appears happy to share his experiences.

IMHO If mentoring is what you are after I don't think you can go too far wrong with Nathan although I'll qualify that statement and say I haven't used any of his services. Although I'd never say never…and as I say I do enjoy keeping up to date on his journey.

Ps. Pretty reasonable money for an hour.

    Hi JT7,

What do you specifically get out of it? Cash flow analysis? Investment Strategy planning? etc

Hi I ensured about the map session with Nathan as well. I was told he doesn't do them personally but his business partner does.  I would also be interested in hearing of anyone getting good advice from the session.

    Regards

    LOL Hellooooo Richard!

That is fantastic news mate…..of course, I would imagine a macaroon to compliment your latte would be most appropriate lol. However, I would qualify that in saying your expertise is priceless.

Very much looking forward to discussing a few things with you and Nigel…….

    Jack,I

do enjoy the humble macaron, it is my side business. I make and sell them up here in Emerald. I need to work out an economical way to transport them as people in Brisbane and Towoomba are asking me for them as well…..
