    Hi fellow forumers, can anyone recommend a good Agent for a property sale in Orange? We want to fund renos to our PPOR so Orange needs to sell. I've had dealings with R&H who I won't be using for the sale and Blowes (yet to decide on my opinion of them). Has anyone used any of the other Agents and had a positive experience? They all seem to charge similar comm rates and their advertising packages are std. Thanks in advance
