G'day investors
I know that you've been reading a lot of books, some good and some not as good.
Please tell us which book(s) helped you on your way up and a bit of info on what the book is about.I start with "How to find property hot spots" by Jeremy Sheppard.
I've downloaded the book as PDF for free from http://www.mustardsolutions.com.au but it seems like that website is down for some reason.
You still can review the 121 page book in HTML format if you are interested:Review:
This book is explaining most of the elements in each suburb that are effecting the price of the whole suburb and creates the next boom. Also a fairly good section about the ripple effect.
For a beginner it is a fairly good book to explain why one suburb have a better future than the others. Can't wait to see what you are reading
Anything by Steve McKnight is good value his writing style is almost a manual for property investing he puts alot of detail in them compared with other books on the market.
Sorry
