Hi. this is my first ever house sale. i approached a few agents and one person stood out because he suggested selling it as a developement. Selling together the other 2 houses to maximise potential if other party that owns the houses agree. Location is mount gravatt. Can build up to 6 levels. The agent also wanted exclusive $900 plus 2.5% of sale. So it will cost me about 12k thereabouts for agent. Does this seem reasonable?
