    Hi there,

I’m looking at a property that is going to be a quick cash renovation deal. The house has carpet in the rooms, lino in the kitchen, floor boards in the living area and boards in one bedroom. I haven’t inspected the property yet but in this bedroom I received a photo from the agent and I’m worried I will have a really hard time sanding and polishing this room. I have supplied a photo, any comments or knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Brendon,

If this is just a bedroom then carpet it like the other bedrooms (nice chocolate brown floors). As for the main room such as a dining room, I would seriously consider polishing the floor.
