    Hi Property Investors,

I have put together a spreadsheet and posted it online and would like to get feedback from people on its functionality and what other things people would like to see on it.

There is a comments section on the bottom of the web app page, would appreciate any feedback. (It is of professional level quality and you do need to view it on a wide PC screen) Many thanks! https://sites.google.com/a/ahcinvestments.com/investormate/

I was hoping it would have been for development feasability. Is this possible?

    Hi cokeran

Mate it looks good – I see you have made certain assumptions – EG Land tax is automaically included – what about thresholds?

Stamp duty is calculated on the full purchase price  – what about split deals – EG house and land packages on 2 separate contracts

being so wide is a bit of a problem

could you put the graphs below and make it narrower but longer?

A couple of suggestions for you to consider

    cheers

    Hi Corkeran,

Any way you can provide this as a spreadsheet for download?

    Cheers,
    Miike

    Worked it out,

You need to click on small icon at the bottom left which says: view full size workbook.

    Cheers All,
    Miike

    Hi Miike, I have fixed it up so you can edit online;
Have not had time to do the development sheet yet but it is in the pipe line.
    Cheers

    Thanks Corkeran,

    This is great!

    Some recommendation for additional changes:

Analysis based on an existing property portfolio.

For example, use the same spreadsheet to analyse multiple properties with an overall analysis such as your Ratio Analysis and Property Purchase – Graphs, pages.

It’s an excellent start and I look forward to your new versions.

    Keep us updated :)

    Cheers,
    Miike

Hey I had a look at the spreadsheet, and it is very detailed!

I could use one of those myself for my own properties. Thanks for the share
