please advise me on a game planI'm single with no dependants, I have $200k and 2 car worth $70k. I have no debits and I rent, I'm on a work roster of 2weeks on 1week off at$100k per annum
I want to develop property in Adelaide maybe with a partner perhaps (joint venture) anyone keen for a JV???…common let make some coin together!!!I've done 2 developments to date not too successfully, my first project was a corner block split sold rear block and existing house just over 12months I only made $20k. The second was a split and smash existing house then sold 2x vacant land blocks 9months made $50k. So i'm a bit of a novice.
Got any tips for me???

Do your numbers before you commit to a block of land.
Lose one of the cars (unless it is a work vehicle).
