I need a property manager to rent out my newly built 4×2 Celebration Homes Cabana house in Meadow Springs. I have emailed about 30 property managers – only ONE of them has replied! 29 of them simply ignored my email.
The one who replied levies the following fees:
– 9.35% of all gross collections
– two weeks rent + GST letting fee.
– $49.50 / inspection or per hour for final bond inspection or property condition report.
– $8.80 / month for pettiesSo my questions are: are above fees reasonable? What are usual costs?
Secondly, is it usually this difficult to find property managers or does anyone have any they can recommend?
