    Hello all, new member here.  Stumbled accross the forum looking for information on renting privately. 
    I own two properties and due to big mess ups from the real estate agent I have decided to manage both privately.

    It's been great to see I am not the only person doing this!

    Hi, new member.  I need assistance in gaining insurance for a rooming house in Victoria.  Have a 3BR home & bungalow in back. 4 individuals live on property, council given permit for rooming house now need insurance & insurance companies not interested, any one able to help?
