    Hi,

I'm very new to property investing, I was looking to purchase my first investment around the northern suburbs of melbourne in the South Morang, Whittlesea area as it is a bit more affordable there. I was wondering how to find out how high in demand the rental market is around those areas and if it is a good choice buying in those areas.

    Thanks.
