Recently I bought my first property under family trust (discriminatory) title. The names on the contract are as : John and Mary acting as the trustees of J & M Family Trust. After I paid 10% deposit and sent stamp duty check to Office of State Revenue, the bank suddenly only want to lend money to us as natural person (not trust). We have to ask OSR to change the title from trust to natural person.
Will it be successful?
