All Topics / Help Needed! / help with council approval info
Hi, I am new to this forum, and have a question that hopefully someone can shed a bit more light on?
looking to buy a piece of land and sub divide into 3 lots and build on them, land is approved for subdivision however its conditions are that their must be independent drainage for each lot and connection of reticulated water and sewerage on each lot. also soil needs to be tested.
since im only learning i need to know if these conditions mean that I need to physically happen before the subdivision can occur or just planned for?
I know my wording of the topic matches my rookie understanding so I have included a quote from the council below in the hopes that it will make more sense. haha any help or experience on the matter would be great!
“has an approved Planning Permit for a 3 lot subdivision and removal of native vegetation and removal of rights to water channel, which has yet to be Certified. Before the subdivision is certified there are conditions on the Permit that must be met, these include independent drainage for each lot and the connection of reticulated water and sewerage to each lot.”
