    Hi , are there any Brits NOT on a sponsored work visa and not dual nationals active in Rick Otton style lease options ?
    What is the correct visa if you are in Oz but not working for any Australian company and want to to enter residential lease options ?
    Is it possible to do them on a 1-year tourist visa and if that is the case did you incorporate a company in Singapore or in Australia as I guess you need to incorporate ?

    Much confusion just now on how to proceed correctly according to local law.

    I think you would be running a business and so would need a work visa.
