I have the finance need a property to the value of 168k

Hi guys

 I have approved finance to the value of $168,000 through a major bank and was looking at a 2 or 3 bedroom unit or House in either QLD or NSW ideally in a major town!
The  property must have electricity, sewage and town water and ideally Owner occupied or be flexible with T & C's  I would prefer a fair to good cond property that requires basic Reno’s such as new paint, kitchen, bathrooms etc NO STRUCTURE DAMAGE please.
I would prefer a 30 day settlement and have purchased 12 investment properties over the years so I won't waste anyone’s time
