It's good to be here and I would like to briefly introduce myself to you all.
My name is Marilyn and I am a marketing agent for an investment company here in Durban, South Africa.
We invest in listed property shares all over the world and at present we have shares in commercial properties and infrastructures in the UK and the US and Australia that we believe offer good value in that they are trading at well below what they are worth.
It’s far better to buy the shares in these companies than actually try and buy the assets individually.
