Hi,
I have been looking for land to build another IP and came across a block which already has DA approval for a duplex. Can anyone offer me some tips on costs to consider / steps to take? How would this vary from building a standard house?
I am keen to give this a go, and would just be building jointly with my husband to maintain both as rentals.
Also, do I have to do a strata title or is this only when it comes time to sell?
Any info would be apprecited.
