There are new developments in Middlemount that I am interested in. I read the comments of Daedalus posted early 2008 which seems very promising.
Thins may changed over the last 12 months. What is the current situation there now? Will the new supplies lead to reduce of potental rental and capital growth?
Would there be still a good investment oppertunity? Is any special factors I have to consider like the quality of the funished product..?
