Hi all,
Been reading the forums for a while, but this is my first post.
After finally seeing through a CF- IP, I am ready to start looking for properties again. I would have loved to buy the BuyerBeware product, but unfortunately it is sold out and unavailable. Can anyone out there provide me with some resources and/or advice about what to do when looking at properties.
