Hi
My brother in law and I are looking to buy a block, subdivide and build and occupy the properties, possibly a 3rd if our parents join in.
We want it to be profitable by hoping to save by using the same builder etc.
Have looked at blocks with zoning approved and not approved, other than the time factor in applying for zoning ourselves do we save $.
Does anyone have any tips on this idea? If it is not a profitable idea maybe it would be easier to just by an established property.
