    Hi Guys,
    I am thinking of buying my first house in Sydney but i know i wont be eligible for FHOG as im moving to ACT soon. My aim is to let my parents stay in the new house and essentially pay me rent. Is this possible if they are also helping me with loan repayment? The idea is to negative gear the new house.

    should be ok as long as they are not on title and everything is commercial.

    If they are on title, then they could probably rent your share of the place.
