First time investor and I am in trouble after 6 months, SITI group today told me they are closing down their residential business, They owe me 2 months rent and now want me to sign another Form 20A to move my agreement from SITI to the Professionals.  My problem is I don't want to loose that money owed but I also don't want to let SITI get any more money from my miss adventure.  As I understand it they are selling the Management Rights to get more money how can I guarantee that I will see my monies owed. I have already sent a letter of demand and I am looking at office of fair trading.  I only hope to learn from my mistake and survive this investment.
