I am very new to investing and have been doing lots of reading etc.Last night I went to an Ironfish seminar which sounded very much like all the other seminars I have attended to date. They do seem to have some advantages of being linked to builders and apparently reject more sites than they accept due to their selection process. Most of the properties are negatively geared, which is something I wanted to try and avoid, but it really depends on the final figures. If it is only a small contribution each week then I would be happy to accept that.
My question si, has anyone used them and if so, what have you experiences been. I would appreciate any other comments also.
