Hey,
We are considering purchasing a property in Doubleview, Perth as the area seems to have good future potential even in these economic conditions. The REA hinted to us that the owner was going through a divorce and wants to get rid of the house and the price seems to reflect this however not sure how much to trust what the REA said, he could just be trying to get us into the bottle?
Any advice on how to approach it and what do you guys think of the area,
it is much appreciated
