    hi everyone

    Ive been looking around for a cashflow positive house for a while now and came across the website http://www.cashflowcapital.com.au ive registered with them to see the houses they have on offer but to get more details you have to pay a fee. Now ive tried to find these same properties under domain.com realestate.com.au google etc but couldnt find these houses in particular teh 3bedroom house with 2 bedroom granny flat in nsw for $129,500 has anyone tried doing the same. has the website upped the price so they get a cut also I dont know I dont want to pay yet until i research the town and prices etc.

    Any ideas

    Hi roba72

    I just checked the site but could not find any properties listed in WA
    I guess they dont have any +ve geared properties any longer in WA
