    Hi All,

I've brought an investment property in Sydney recently.  Anyone has any idea on where to get a valuer to value the asset cost (ie, carpet, blind, kitchen etc)?  this is for depreciation purpose for the tax return.

    thanks

    Kvkr,

Any decent Quantity Surveyor can knock up a report for you that summarises how much you may claim each financial year.

It will cost you approx $500 and the cost of the report is tax deductible as well
