I am looking at buying a house and have found out that the kitchen benchtops and lino have asbestos in them. I would want a completely new kitchen and polished floorboards if I were to buy it and I was just wondering whether it is really expensive to remove asbestos or whether it can be done relatively easily.
Would appreciate any advice on this.
