I have an IP with my Dad which we brought in April 07. It's on an interest only loan, and is negatively geared. Since then, my circumstances have changed, and I want to know if there are any ways in which we can make it cash flow positive-or at least reduce the amount we fork out each week. I'm also open to the idea of selling if that is the only way. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
