Has anyone (recently) bought any reportsfrom hotspotting.com.au ?

I am in the process of buying an IP (sold my other one). Are the reports worth the money?

    Any other reports worth buying?

    Thanks

    Hi vegemite3,
you might want to try some residex reports as well.
The November and December issues of API magazine has the top 100 hotspots as well.

Hi, I have purchased just one and it was over 50 pages so it is very detailed, giving economic overview of the the areas listed, growth factors, demographics, infrastructure that is in the pipeline or underway, median prices, rental yield.

I have found that several of the areas listed in Terry's report do come up in the API mag however the report covers more detail on the suburbs. Stuff that you would need to research before buying, even if you picked it from the list in the API mag.

I haven't seen the residex reports so i cant compare on that though.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi "happy little" vegemite,

What are the costs involved with the reports?
And what sort on an area (eg one suburb, one postcode, larger area) does the report cover?

And do they provide a buyers' agent service?
