    Hi, I just joined the site and I'm interested in purchasing a small property investment. Can anyone recommend a company or service that will help me find the right positive cashflow property. I'm not exactly sure where yet but we're looking at spending less than $300k and would prefer a property that can be managed for us with a long lease…any thoughts ??
