Near Bundaberg acreage with house

Hi All

Had a call yesterday from a David Kapp who wants to sell his house.

We buy from Townsville to Cairns, so it's a bit too south for me, but maybe one of you is interested.

5 acres at a place called Bucca, 35km NW of Bundaberg, and 1/2 hour drive to Morrepark Beach  (his spelling)

3-bed with sleepout and granny flat

asking $339-335,000

He says the local agent is not helping at all, but it's listed on realestate.com.au as property 104238865

Oh well, I may as well look it up for you!

I don't know the guy at all – he just found us on an internet search and rang to ask if we'd buy it.  I have no clue about value in that area.  Caveat emptor.
