Has anyone heard anything about the development plans for Rochedale, how much land is still available and the land value? I know the development proposal is about to be approved by state government any day now…..
Also, I'm looking to invest on Russell Island…. but I don't know a lot about it, other than the fact that it's cheap and development may be approved by council in december?
Anything information anyone knows on either of these places would be appreciated!!
