I'm thinking of getting into residential property as an investment so if there is someone thinking the same and would like to discuss the possibility of starting out 50 / 50 please contact me.
Why 50/50 ?, well I think it would be easier to get started. I think getting started is the biggest step and saving for the first deposit will be easier for 2 people. Also 2 incomes for the banks are better than 1 etc etc.
