    Hi,

A friend of mine in Perth is looking to build his PPOR, and is considering to go with Danmar Homes.
He has received a quote which he is happy with, and works out to be about $800/sq.m. (not including things like internal painting, carpeting, landscaping, etc) which sounds reasonable.

Anyone had any experience with Danmar Homes?

    hey happyjack

I currently work in the industry in perth, and feel that danmar homes build a good quality home. Having said that, every single builder in perth has its success stories, as well as disaster stories. Unfortunately this is just the nature of the booming industry in WA at the moment. It is every builders goal to provide a high quality home as quick as possible. This ultimately means more profit, which is why we all do what we do!

Hope my comments help. The building process is always going to be a stressful occasion. Dont forget that for every single project, the builder wants the client to be happy, and the construction to be of the highest quality possible, every time.

    Cheers

    Lyndon

I'm using Danmar Homes to build a house on one of my IP in Ashby. Probably with the boom in Perth and also the shortage of bricks from Midland Bricks. This house has still not reached lock up stage after 18 months. Delays, Delays, Delays, gotta love it!!!

Gee, that's one hell of an amount per sqm…… have you compared it to some of the others?….I am soon to sign up for my fifth house building project (currently sub-dividing) and I am looking at Blueprint Homes (already done one with them…excellent all-round) for around $535 sqm to Content Homes in $600+sqm, and various others.  Will probably go with Content only because of the shape of the block.
