Is anyone familiar with the market south coast NSW, Merimbula, in particular. I need to list a house for sale, deceased estate, very well built two storey brick in good street with minimal water view. Is any agent better or worse than another agent. What would be target market, retiremant age group?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
