Burned Property Deal, need advice

Hi

I stumbled upon one 3 bedroom house property which had a fire accident, at this stage I have not gone and look on the property myself. Based on the property description and the photos provided, the following condition found:
– the kitchen is fully burn out
– the other half of the house is partly burned
– the fire do not damage outside of the house

I need some advice on what to do in this occasion, as to:
1. how much would I be looking to pay for the renovation based on the information above
2. has anyone had this experience before? how do u check for the house structure condition and where to get an guidance
