Sorry I think I had this in the wrong forum befor. I have the chance of buying a block of land in a prime position on the river in Perth. As my postion has now changed Ican’t afford to buy it. It is being offered in a ballot, as I have put so much time and effort into getting were I am in the ballot and I feel this property will have a lot of capital growth I don’t want to miss out on the deal all together. So I was thinking of flipping it. I don’t know how the devolopers will feel about this. Does any one have any expertise in the area and know how I would go about it and what are the pitfalls. I will advertise in the weekend newspapers this weekend. We only have a couple of weeks to do this if it is going to happen.
