    Hi All
I bring to your attention to an article in the Melbourne Sunday Herald Sun dated August 6, on page 13

Basically thee story goes on to say that Jenman bought 2 Victoria Cross medals (Bravery medals from WW1) that he claims he was going to donate to the RSL but changed his mind because then President was “rude to me”. Now knowing a bit about Ruxton I could possibly imagine something similar to this being thre case.

However the story goes on to say that this problem between Ruxton & Jenman stems from Ruxton collecting the first medal to have it mounted ‘without permission’. Jenman then withdraws his donation.

Jenman then goes on to outbid the RSL for a subsequent medal. Jenman goes on to claim he bought the medals “as a patriot” & “to do the right thing”. Jenman then claims “I did not buy them for self promotion or to make money”

I ask you when has Jenman EVER done anything that was NOT for self promotion?????

I look forward to your response

I can’t think of anything he has done that was not directly or indirectly for self promotion.

I have little time for him or anything he is involved with.

    Hi all,

    Before responding to the ‘question’ please be mindful of Steve’s request as follows;

    ” Hi,

Just a short note to say that in future, posts that denegrate Neil Jenman will be immediately removed.

In short, while Neil sees fit to unfairly attack people’s character to promote his business, I won’t allow the same to happen here for risk of being on the same low footing.

As such, I request that we limit discussion to the merit of his property techniques (as opposed to his character) and whether or not Jenman agents are able to provide the service they state they can.

This response is not as a result of a legal letter, it is simply a choice to avoid any sort of personal jibe about anyone.

    Regards,

    Steve McKnight”

Has anybody here done as well with property investing as Jenman has done with these VC’s?

According to the paper he paid $105,000 for one and then bought another for $185,000 – and today they are selling for more than a milllion each. Wouldn’t mind a bit of that mself!!!

Although he went and blew it by giving one (or both, not sure, it wasn’t clear) away. He’s gotta be nuts! So I vote idiot!!

And, how come the story has only come out now? Its been about seven years.

I noticed ‘A Current Affair’ interviewed both these men the other night on this matter. Both seem to have differing view of events. It came across that Bruce’s demeanor an arrogance annoyed Neil, so he decided to teach him a leasson. Did anyone else see this interview?
