What software package are you using to establish a deal’s viability and to track investments? Why the chosen software and not another?

Excel. It is simple to draw up a basic spreadsheet, and easy to track. No need to buy anything else.

There has also been a recent update to the software that adds many new reports and the ability to share property details with other ID users.
