I am soon to build units, with the intention of selling them individually, based in country Vic.
I have little info on what strata titles are, or mean. Dont even know if it applies to my situation!
Someone suggested it would be best if I want to sell them all to use “green title” (never heard of it!) instead of strata, as it allows me the ability to sel each unit with its own land, & no common ground need be worried about then. Can anyone advise pls?
I am also wanting advice on estimated costs?? And would there be any other advice one can give that I may need to know about selling units individually?? (eg legals, clauses to my benefit, funding &/or building advice…..) Thanks in advance.
