Hi all, I need your assistance please!
We are tired of Agents selling investments to people that constantly loose money.
We are starting up a new business in SA that helps invesors with cash flow problems using vendor financing and other techniques. We also offer property management (the investors way of doing it), and assistance with property development.
All partners in the business are experienced investors and all have retired (under 35 years old) using the income from our property portfolios.
Any suggestions on what we can call the business?

Dr X this really had me stumped last night. First I thought of “Dr X Incorporated”, then I thought maybe “Dazzling Developments” but at 2am I think I have it. Why not utilise the first initial of everyone involved to make your own name and then add on
“_ _ _ _ _ _ Property Investment Group Pty Ltd”
Of course this will only work if some have vowels in their name. If not you could go to the next generation and use the kids names.

Just to clarify, ASIC prevents us from giving any sort of invetment advice so we don’t really help people to invest
What we do is offer a service to people who already have investment properties and want to maximise the return from their investment or achieve better quality property management.
We will be competing with real estate agents so we need a name that will draw people to us rather than an agent!

That’s got intellectual property rights hanging off and up the ying yang….I could probably let you borrow it for a modest 60% of all revenues – not profits mind you. Now – that’s a decent reward shooting for.

I agree with having something short and punchy! But then again, how about incorporating two names i.e Mena & Golding Pty Ltd, so it seems as if you have been around forever. i dont know, its just a general impression i have that the two last names, makes it sound established.

I thought of combining 3 ideas: The assistance you are offering, (assist or aid) the financial solution you’re offering, (mazuma is more fun to play with than ‘money’) and the greatest possible quality/quantity you are offering (maximum/maxima).
They can be weaved together a bit to form one word:MaxiMazumAssist
Or if you find this too much of a wizard’s word, you could just choose a simpler combination of two ideas:
MaximAssist
MazumAid etcHave fun deciding on the name of your new business!

How about:
REAL Property Solutions
Words with dual meaning are popping up everywhere these days in advertising and product names.
The “REAL” part draws an association with Real Estate Agents, but also sounds as though the company is a “no-bull” property solution service. – Not complicated, just REAL solutions…
So like… with that $100… u want my account number? :[blush2]
