    G’day all

About to start 1st 3 unit development this year and am planning on selling 2 off the plan and keeping one. Just wanted to hear any thoughts on the whole selling off the plan business, i.e pros and cons, good stories v bad ones etc….

My general plan at this early stage is to not start building until at least one of the units is sold off plan…anything wrong with this idea??

    Cheers

    Tim

    p.s Already have council approval

Of the plan sales are usually regarded as perilous for an investor. However, seeing you’re on the other side of the fence the upside can be very lucrative. Not commencing until you’ve sold one is a very good move.
See if you can flag Michael Yardney’s attention (on this forum) this is what he does and does well.

    Good Luck…FL
