Hi,
I’m currently reading through Steve’s book “0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years”. Whilst I’m enjoying the read and all of it makes absolute sense, I can’t help the feeling that I have missed the boat. I’ve done some quick searches of properties and using the “11 second solution”, I frankly cannot find anywhere that comes anything near the recommended 10% yield. Do I just need to keep looking, or have I in fact missed the boat? I’d be very interested to hear from anyone who has found any good buys over the last 2-3 years.
