I’ve seen a bit of property lately edging more towards a 10% yield than 5% and also seen some straight out positive cashflows deals ready to be snapped up.
Also there seems to be a lot of opportunities for creating +CF than there have been for a long while. There are decent regional areas that are really coming back to more sensible terms and seem to present a lot better buying than in recent times.
A lot of people on this forum who are +CF focussed who cant seem to find much out there in the market, don’t despair. There are more and more good deals and good areas coming along every week, and remember some of the best deals in today’s market can be staring you right in the face.
