    Hi All
I need some help, not sure what or whether possible.

We are potentially looking at placing an offer on a property but can not use our name or company name as this would stuff up the deal.

Is there any way around this? I have a feeling that this is not possible.

Anyways thanx for help/advice in advance.

    Plan to place offer tomorrow.

    hi Marisa
company with a trust and have your accountant or solicitor as unit holders and then buy back there shares when the property is owned its a little more difficult then that but its the easiest and use a vic company.

    here to help

……”and/or nominee” the vendor and see how you go.

I wouldn’t accept this as an acceptable Purchasers name if I was a Vendor, but I know many people who would. Keeps it anon. until the deal is done.
