Has any one come across this issue.
I am looking at a property, great block of land with wonderful views and an old house, that eventually will be demolished.
    It has 2 tenants.
One tenant, has a lifetime tenancy, apparently she can stay there till she dies and all she pays is council rates.
I gather the other lot are just normal tenants.
Does that agreement continue even after a property is sold?

    HI Regina,

You will need to find the original document to see who, what, when, where etc were agreed upon. The original agreement should also establish what obligations you have (if any) should you purchase the property.
