    Hi There,

Just wondering what sort of things do you require when inspecting a commercial property.
I’ve got buyer beware, which is mainly for residential, i’ve also got a “criteria spreadsheet’ i was emailed which consit of much useful info to note down when inspecting.
But what else do you do?? I usaully that a camera and even a video camera which i find very helpfull.

    Help required

    Thanks in advance

    Hi John,

Some things to look for would be three phase power, height of roller doors, accessibility for trucks (ie make sure there is no retaining walls, bins etc to hinder turning circle), thickness of slab, whether it has a mezzanine of whether one can be installed etc

Just some ideas, hope they help.
